Instructions:
Step 1: add 2/3 Korean pancake flour to a bowl and 2 cups of water to the bowl to stir them up until become starchy liquid.
Step 2: slice scallion, the onion, mushrooms🍄 in several pieces. Add the 1/4 seafood mix and 1/2 cup of salt in the bowl. Then, whip 3 eggs 🥚 in the bowl and keep stir them up.
Step 3: prepare a flat pan🍳 in the kitchen oven and add a cupspoon 🥄of oil. After two or three minutes, take a strockle of the floury liquid and pour in the pan.
