Pumpkin Millet Porridge

Ingredients: Millet, Pumpkin🎃, Chinese red dates (get from Asian food market), sugar, water


Instructions:

Step 1: boil the water (reach 1/4 of the pot) in the pot


Step 2: Cut the pumpkin 🎃into small pieces. Take four cups of millet and wash them three times.


Step 3: When the water boils, add pieces of pumpkin🎃, the millet, and 5 Chinese dates in the pot.


Step 4: boil over high heat 🔥🔥🔥in 20 minutes and be careful to avoid the water overflow.


Step 5: stir them up and wait until it becomes thick. Then turn to the soft heat to boil.


Step 6: Boil over 15 minutes and remove from the heat. Add a cup of sugar if you like.
