Homemade Tomato egg noodles

Ingredients: a tomatošŸ…, a piece of scallion and garlic, half of a small eggplantšŸ†, two eggs🄚🄚, instant noodles, coriander, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, hot water




Instructions:

1. boil the noodles first in a pot Boil tomato in the hot water in a few minutes whip up two eggs in bowl

2. peel the tomato and cut them and eggplant in smaller pieces

3. cut garlic and scallion in tiny pieces a

4. dd oil to the pan and wait for 2 minutes

5. add pieces of garlic and scallion first to stir them up

6. put tomato in the pan and add some hot water to smash them up

7. add egg into the pan and stir again add a spoon of salt and soy sauce

8. then put the eggplant into the pan

9. add one more spoon of salt and a little vinegar and stir them up

10. Lid the pan and wait for a few minutes

11. leave the lid and add coriander on the top and stir again

12. In this case, tomato egg sauce is ready to be eaten.

13. take out the noodle and add the sauce

14. enjoy it! :)
